With nearly 30 years of experience in construction and structural engineering Andrew Riess has built a distinguished career defined by his technical expertise, strategic leadership and dedication to client success.
As Director of Pre-Construction, Andrew leads all aspects of estimating, planning and procurement across CCI’s diverse portfolio of projects. His extensive experience in hard bid and design-build estimating, combined with his structural engineering background, enables him to provide innovative solutions that drive value for our clients. His ability to cultivate relationships and secure new opportunities, particularly in the industrial and power sectors, has been a significant contributor to CCI’s growth.
In his concurrent role as Director of Mass Timber, Andrew oversees this dynamic and evolving division, providing leadership in operations, scheduling, safety and budget management. His technical knowledge and industry experience position him to guide the continued success and expansion of Christman’s Mass Timber projects.
Andrew is a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan and a highly regarded leader in the field.
