Andrew Holman, LEED AP

Andrew is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of CCI’s construction operations, with a focus on demolition and restoration services. This role involves strategic planning, procurement, project management, and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Previously, as director of demolition and restoration services, he provided leadership for crews in the field while also offering estimating and business development services for self-perform demolition and concrete operations. Andrew began his career at CCI as an intern and then joined the team full-time in 2007. He has been involved with a variety of high-profile projects, completing work throughout Michigan, Washington, D.C., and Boston. He is a member of the Greater Michigan chapter of the American Concrete Institute, is active in the Associated General Contractors of Michigan, and sits on the Michigan State University Construction Management Industry Advisory Board and CCI’s board of directors.
