Brendan Raftery

Brendan is responsible for CCI’s earthwork and site utilities division with more than 30 years of experience spanning projects across the United States.  Brendan started as a concrete and civil laborer in high school and college, moved on to engineering and design work for a national engineering consultant after college and went back to construction early in his career.  He has extensive experience with estimating, managing and overseeing complex, multi-faceted projects including automotive, heavy industrial, power, water/wastewater, military/government, stadiums, higher-education, transportation and heavy civil projects.  Brendan grew-up helping on his family’s farm and brings this work experience to creatively solving problems, managing heavy equipment and juggling job demands and risks.
